In create task, you cannot change a csv

Describe the bug
when you change a csv, it is still using the previous csv

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'flswan.com'
2. Click on create task
3. update a CSV with name 1.csv
4. re-upload with 2.csv
5. name and csv content not updated.
