Add AVRO export support

Hey FOCUS team,
I understand that parquet is the preferred output format but is there a way to extend the converter to output in other formats such as AVRO (https://avro.apache.org/) as i have systems that are not able to ingest parquet.

Describe the solution you'd like
Command line param to support a user configured output format that includes Parquet & AVRO output options.
