reconnect on cloud

This is worth investigating for consistency on cloud (and other connected ones) gateway.

1. Run the codepen: https://codepen.io/jchrisa/pen/bGOGvBz
2. Click inspect data to see data on dashboard.
3. Go offline on codepen (chrome dev tools -> network throttle -> offline)
4. Add todo on codepen
5. Go online, refresh
6. No more sync
