PT-PT Translation missing reference to Git GUI tools

First, thank you for the effort in translating the documentation into Portuguese (Portugal). It's great to see Git becoming more accessible to more users.

While going through the PT-PT documentation, I noticed that there is no mention or link to GUI tools for Git like there is on the english version.

That's great. I'm a native speaker of PT-BR, but following the development of the translation and adaptation into other languages makes me euphoric and happy knowing that more people will have the opportunity to contribute.

I believe that in technology, connections and relationships are worth more than code.

Hii @angeloLib, I'm not a Portuguese speaker but i have used the english version of the readme.md file to add the GUI tool line that was missing from the portuguese one (used google translate to convert the texts)
