Provide Swahili Translation(East Africa)

🐞 Problem
Currently there are no translations to swahili, which is the language used in most of the East African region

🎯 Goal
It would be great to have this, as its a native language to most of the countries here.

💡 Possible solutions
translate the README.md to swahili, to allow beginners not proficient in English to get started
