The Chinese translation of the documentation for the First Contributions repository is incomplete.

Several important documents (23 in total) do not have their Chinese-translated versions. This gap in translation may hinder non-English-speaking beginners from easily following the steps to contribute to open-source projects using this repository.

My team and i have looked into this issue and submitted a pull request @#97727.

All translations follow the original English file structure and content format, with file names appended using the ~.zh-cn.md convention, consistent with existing localization standards in the project.

I have completed adding the Chinese translation for "Things a non Programmer can do" and submitted a pull request for the same. This should help fill part of the translation gap mentioned in issue #97828.

Please review the PR when you get a chance. I’m happy to assist further with translating or reviewing any other remaining files to ensure the documentation is fully accessible to Chinese-speaking contributors.
