After one of the later refactorings we have lost some information that can help spot issues. We should bring back the information about the missing vcc runtime that is given in https://github.com/fiskaltrust/middleware/blob/main/scu-de/src/fiskaltrust.Middleware.SCU.DE.Swissbit/SwissbitSCU.cs#L72 but somehow not shown
