Indicate work on "remove this device" #105

Since we've introduced exchange keys in WNFS and are removing them from the filesystem on "remove this device", this action will cause a DNSLink update and take a little longer.
During this time it doesn't indicate that it's running.
We should consider having a loading indicator.
