Would love to collaborate to make this part of FIRSTwiki

If enough people use this, a single large file isn't going to scale very well. I'm resurrecting FIRSTwiki, and it seems like this sort of thing is just the kind of thing that would belong on FIRSTwiki.

I've already got provision for adding team code releases to each individual team page (see https://raw.githubusercontent.com/firstwiki/frc1000/gh-pages/_frc/1400/1418.md), but I haven't decided if adding the narrative content that you have makes sense or how it would fit. Maybe some kind of tagging system?
