There is a stat called poise.What about a poise break for weapons (example bonus=poise_break,20) that would increase the cance of enemy to enter hit animation by %20.While making a tank class for an example Priest(uses mace).That would be useful cause they would not need to make some tactics like hit & escape.This allows them to play more like a tank.
