UI Libraries and Framework options. (the ligher the better)

What UI elements from rCubed or Velocity are required to allow the playing of some song from a list of N songs.
- Song list
- Song info
- Container to hold those two things
- Cliking the song info twice should start the song.
Do we want to implement all of that ourselves.
