New & Updated Apps should be split to New Apps and Updated Apps

I check Flathub a couple times a week or month and I would say 75% of the time i check I can see the same 2 or 3 emulators on there since they are updated almost daily. It would be nice for discovery to have a new section dedicated to only new flatpaks and an updated section for recently updated. I am not trying to say we shouldn't focus on the apps that get constantly updated, but the new apps should have a chance to share the spotlight before being kicked off almost immediately.
