flathubbot keeps bugging me about failed updates

for a while now, @flathubbot has been trying to update the codebase here to ffmpeg 8. this fails. every time.

i've grown total alert fatigue on this and i'm not ignoring pull requests here.

i wish there would be a way to tell @flathubbot something like what we tell @renovatebot, which is "no, this upgrade, i don't want it, come back later when there's a new upstream version"... right now, i can't make this thing shut up.

arguably, there should be a way to upgrade to ffmpeg 8.0 too here, but i haven't found the time to tackle that just now.

i don't think those help in my case: the problem was a ffmpeg upgrade that i couldn't figure out. instead of updating past PRs, it would just keep submitting the same PR again and again. there's dozens of PRs like this in the history here, but you can take #146 and #147 as examples...

i don't think version constraints (unless I wanted to entirely ignore ffmpeg updates) or "only major" would have helped here, because it was a major upgrade.

ultimately, this was solved by using ffmpeg from the runtime instead of building it ourselves (#162) but i suspect it might happen for other deps (like mpv).
