HDR support

Hi. Is it possible to add https://github.com/Zamundaaa/VK_hdr_layer for Wayland HDR protocol support?
Otherwise --target-colorspace-hint doesn't trigger HDR change for the TV and doesn't do HDR passthrough.

Hi, I'd love to but, it is not recommended by the site itself.

Thanks for considering it.
Both KDE and hyprland seem to support it. Also Arch wiki references it https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/KDE#Video.
It might be that the compositor and mpv just use the protocol to send HDR metadata for HDR passthrough, so "serious" color work is not important in that case (mpv would do HDR->SDR tone-mapping otherwise).

Wonder if there could be another way to include this? Maybe a flatpak extension?
