Technical Support Policy: This is a low cost training. It is not feasible to expend hours troubleshooting student desktops and their local area networks. These are the suggested labs. They were created, tested and demonstrated to help with your learning. There is a small chance that the labs do not work in your environment, mainly if they are mad with different operating systems and versions. My only guarantee is the labs are free of bugs as demonstrated. If you found a bug, please report and I will fix it ASAP.

This lab requires experience with Linux, VirtualBox and networks, mainly NAT, network address translation.

Required computer and operating systems:

Windows 10 with at least 2GB of free RAM and 20GBs of hard disk space You will install softphones on Windows and Asterisk in the VirtualBox using Ubuntu 16.04

You may use a different setup, but at you own risk.
