Document workaround for fully isolated flox environments

flox/flox#2447 asked for basically the equivalent of nix {shell|develop} --pure.
While we discuss whether, and when to add a similar function to flox activate, we could at least document a workaround using env, that was provided in the original issue.

$ env -i "$(which flox)" activate
