If I use Td-agent will it build the binaries inhouse ? how will it get binaries of fluentd ?

I am having a requirement where the fluentd should be built in house image that means we should be building binaries inhouse so
should i be building it using fluentd sourec code ? or can i use td-agent ? if I use td-agent will it use already built binaries of fluentd and not inhouse right ?I am confused please help
