Memcached service plugin for FluentCI.
Add the following command to your CI configuration file:
fluentci run --wasm memcached start| Name | Description |

| start | Start Memcached Server |
| stop | Stop Memcached Server |
Add fluentci-pdk crate to your Cargo.toml:
