Trying to jump to a message link in a channel with no permissions to chat in that is also not accessible to the user it originated from just opens the channel at the last sent message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on a message link from a user that leads to a channel with no writing permissions and no access for the user the message came from.
2. Observe the resulting behaviour.

Expected behaviour

It should have jumped to the message linked.

Actual behaviour

It just lands in the channel at the last post sent.
