Feature to automatically disable reply ping

Problem

When replying to a message, reply ping will be turned on automatically. Some users might find this annoying, while others maybe don't want to manually disable it each time.

Proposed solution

Add a setting to auto-disable reply pings, when you reply to someone it won’t ping them unless you turn it on manually.

IMO this would be best as a setting on the receiver side, so they can disable reply pings on themselves by default

This was added in canary as a client setting giving you the option to set a preference for being mentioned or not in replies!
