Auto-set activity threshold isnt aggressive enough

Summary

I have noticed that the auto-set activity threshold isn't being aggressive enough, it will still pick up things like eating sounds pretty easily.

I know you cant get rid of it fully but Discord on the other hand can atleast not pick up literal eating sounds most of the time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set auto-set activity threshold
2. Go into a call with food
3. Notice how the other user can hear you eat your food
