Describe the bug

Need to update animation so it's linear.
A poor workaround for spoiler deflection in system wasm aspect layer can then be removed

Expected behavior

Animation should be totally linear so it directly reflects hydraulic position from wasm

Steps to reproduce

Spoiler visual deflection different from hydraulic spoiler position variables
