Additional features:

  • correlation of two channels (user defined pairs)

  • distance of cell to object edge (e.g. centroid cell to closest edge of organoid, with distance transform of organoid mask, calculate once and measure all nuclei)

  • add xyz illum correction on the fly during feature extration
