Heya
I wondered whether it might be an idea in the docs to provide references to more privacy focused alternatives. I am thinking specifically about:
VS Code -> Code OSS
GitHub -> GitLab (or Syncthing*)
*Aware that this is not version control, but serves as a secure cross-device synchronisation engine
I recognise the debt of gratitude that the Foam community has to both VS Code and GitHub, and one it makes explicit, but wonder if these kind of alternatives are worth calling out for those looking at self-managed knowledge management tooling and having privacy concerns, especially around telemetry being sent back to Redmond.
