"Shimmer of Hybris" missing texture & info - provided

First of all, I apologize if things like this should be submitted to Twitter instead but mine was recently suspended so this is the only place I could turn to.

In summary, I was opening some orbs in Gadir when it dropped so I went to check if I got a good roll but it wasn't on TQdb, not even the texture.

I'm guessing the default stats are 20% elemental resist, 25% increase in all the elemental DoT with 50% increased duration and 140 defensive ability. Down below is a screenshot of what it looks like and what stats I got.
