When there is no access token or when it is expired, the app will redirect to a Foodsoft login screen. If Foodsoft takes a while, the UI remains in an almost empty state, and it is unclear for the user what is happening.

Idea: show 'logging in...' or so on top of the UI (or maybe even before rendering the UI?) before the redirect is done.
