Feature description

All of blocks has stored in Arweave by solarweave-bridge. Using arweave endpoint could avoid the rate limit on solana public endpoint.

Implementation proposal

Add arweave client and get solana block data method.

The solarweave bridge is not ready now. The issue should wait for solana to enable the solarweave bridge first.
