VPC Install Issues

Hello, I was able to install FormKIQ Core, but when I went to install FormKIQ VPC in order to use Typesense I get the following AWS error and do not know how to fix it:

EcsServiceLinkedRole | CREATE_FAILED | SLR [AWSServiceRoleForECS] already exists but does not have a description. Please verify your SLR use case. If you are sure the use case is correct please modify your CloudFormation template and keep SLR description consistent.

I enabled the AWSServiceRoleForECS for my account prior to installing FormKIQ Core.

Thank you, the FormKiQ VPC has been successfully installed. However, when I entered in my Typesense API key and updated the FormKiQ Core, I got the following error for Logical ID TypeSenseService:

The following resource(s) failed to create: [MountTargetResource3, MountTargetResource2, TypesenseProcessor, MountTargetResource1, Service].

Can you provide Status reason on the resources that failed to create? It also could have been an AWS temporary issue. What region are you using?

Yes, I just tried it again and got the same errors:

On the CloudFormation console:

1. Turn ON "View Nested"
2. select "formkiq-core-prod-TypeSenseService-OZTJ3VSYFOF2"
3. Select Events tab

What are the errors shown there?

The TypesenseProcessor current reserves a 1 execution concurrent execution. This will bring your UnreservedConcurrentExecution to less than 10. So I'm guessing the account you are installing into uses a lot of ReservedConcurrentExecutions. The easiest solution is to request a limit increase with AWS Support.
