Replication Hub sub-page not rendered / broken link

@richarddushime can you help with this? I am stuck.

I tried to create a sub-page for the replication hub (content/replication-hub/large-scale-replication-projects) - and it works locally, but not online. That means that we currently have a broken link on the replication hub main page, so it would be good to fix that soon.

I managed to confuse myself with the difference between index.md and _index.md ... and am not sure why this does not work :/ could you have a look.

Based on @flavioazevedo's suggestion, I now changed to index.md - which works locally, but not in staging :(
