My Access Hub (https://www.myaccesshub.io) is a Irish-based project supports businesses from all sectors to become autism friendly environments.

I am hopefully going to go down to their offices in the West of Ireland and meet with them to get some ideas, about conferences, working in data science, etc.

Please have a look at their website, and suggest to me some discussion points, if you want.

In terms of Forwards this is probably most relevant for conferences, but it may also lead to some advice for RUGs and perhaps some things to keep in mind for workshops and on-ramps activities. So maybe just run through the sort of things we do and see what they pick up on?

In terms of hiring, I was interested to read about Microsoft's scheme: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/diversity/inside-microsoft/cross-disability/hiring.aspx, but I think this is getting a bit beyond our scope - something we might discuss on social media though.
