Blog post on useR! surveys

When we manage to get up-to-date on analysing the data from useR! surveys, it would be good to write a blog post to announce the publication of the reports and highlight interesting results/trends.

Is the survey still going on?

@nujcharee will be closing the useR! 2019 survey soon. The plan is to create a report for each of the surveys 2017-2019 (we have a backlog, but have already done some work on the 2017 and 2018 results). Once these reports are published, we can write a summary post. So that's why I marked this for Q4 2019, it will be a few months before we're ready.
