Implement a plugin eventyay-talk-common

Implement Plugin for eventyay-talk. The goal is to change the look and feel without changing the code of the core system. Instead the plugin should adjust it and achieve the following features:

1. Add dropdown menu on the top right in the organiser area with links to

• Dashboard
  • Tickets
  • Talks
  • Video
• My events
• Organisers
• My proposals (currently event specific)
• My E-mails (currently event specific)
• My profile
• Admin
• Logout

2. Delete left-side drop-down expansion menu
3. Add links to other components same as in this issue: Add links to specific event components eventyay-tickets#391
4. Hide the API access at https://app-test.eventyay.com/talk/orga/me
5. In the add to admin area show additional pages (similar to the events component) with

• All Organisers
• All Events

6. Adjust dashboard to include all events information (proposals, E-mails etc)
