Change Speaker's Page for Reviewers and Display all Info of the Speaker's Form

Problem and impact

The speaker's review page currently only displays "Biography". When reviewers clicks on "Edit" they will see all form questions related to the speaker. Expected: All information should be displayed in the speaker's "View" already.

Hey @mariobehling , I've identified the faulty file in the codebase and the necessary corrections which must be made. But so far, I have issues testing what i've done in a web browser. I don't seem to find the [page] in the problem description above

@cbum-dev Please ensure custom fields are also getting displayed. Please post any screenshots in standard more as dark mode might be misleading at times.

In the organiser UI there is an option to add questions that show up in the speaker profile. Please add some sample questions and ensure they also show up here.
