Resize button while adding a new sticker

Describe the bug
When the user adds a new sticker in the image the resize button is there but it doesn't have an icon. It is just a gray circle.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any image
2. Click on edit
3. Click on sticker
4. Add sticker

Expected behavior
There should be a resize icon in the resize button instead of just a gray circle.

@robustTechie I'm not sure if this is a bug. It was designed this way. It's sort of obvious that the button will resize the sticker.
If you think an icon in it's place will look better, please feel free to send a pr after reviewing which we'll decide to go ahead with this or not.
