Export cover image files only

Export to embed covers requires re-encoding all files and stores the result in another location. I'd like to just save found cover images in file Cover.jpg in the album folder unless such a file already exists. Where are found cover images stored? I did not find a pointer in ~/.local/share/rhythmbox/rhythmdb.xml.

Images are held in a cache folder .cache/rhythmbox/album-art

Each number corresponds to the album held in the trivial database format .tdb in that same folder
