Foundation-rails requires sass (>= 3.2.0, < 3.4), but fails with sass 3.2.6. I get the same error as in igorkasyanchuk/rails_db#7. bundle update sass-rails fixed the problem for me. It updated sass from 3.2.6 to 3.3.14. I guess the dependency declaration should be updated.

Using foundation-rails (5.5.0.0).
