system-filepath does not build on GHC 9.8 because of its bound deepseq < 1.5.

Probably #27 should also be addressed in a release for GHC 9.8

Update (2023-10-23):
I made revision 2 to allow deepseq-1.5: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/system-filepath-0.4.14/revisions/

The chell dependencies for the testsuite should also be bumped, but are blocked still:
