Roadmap

v1.0 — safe foundation

  • 85 core skills, 49 roles, full pinned parity ledger, 163-record offline catalog.
  • Standard-library cross-platform doctor, plans, digest confirmation, backups, rollback, validation, and migration.
  • Optional Unity, Godot, Unreal, Blender, pixel-art, and automation packs.
  • Production recipes and rights/technical/visual/performance/playability gates.

v1.1 — platform editions and procedural Three.js

  • Pinned Apache-2.0 img2threejs workflow with strict reconstruction and visual quality gates.
  • Native Windows and macOS plugins with explicit setup skills and deterministic capability adaptation.
  • Curated Windows and macOS release marketplaces with exactly one matching platform plugin.
  • Digest-confirmed edition selection and rollback without implicit external installation.

v1.2 — evidence and ergonomics

  • More open, redistributable sprite/mesh/animation/audio QA fixtures.
  • Richer screenshot and artifact regression reports.
  • Project-specific budget presets and comparative catalog explanations.
  • Additional translations driven by maintainers who can review them.

v1.3 — integration depth

  • Upstream-tested pack compatibility matrices and signed adapter manifests.
  • Optional self-hosted-runner integration suites for compatible editors.
  • More deterministic importer checks for glTF, USD, textures, rigs, and audio.

Later, only after security review

  • Additional DCC/editor packs where one maintained MCP has clear licensing and scoped permissions.
  • Reproducible local model profiles with weight attestations and storage/VRAM planning.
  • Team policy bundles for commercial rights, privacy, and provenance retention.

The project will not add automatic “install everything,” unreviewed remote execution, credential collection, or silent model/engine substitution. Roadmap items are proposals, not commitments.
