[Optional] Host the JSON DB in the new service instead of using github.

Since we will be paying for our own hosting now there is no need for the JSON DB to still be hosted on GitHub, so we could also migrate that to the new service we will be paying.

In order to do so we should:

• Modify the bot so it doesn't delete the DBs at the start or try to download it if it isn't there.
• Stop the bot from uploading to GitHub every time the DBs are updated.
• Make the new DBs URLs public.
• Modify the HOF and the HOFWallpaper sites to use the new URL for retrieving the DBs.

It's worth mentioning that, the advantage of using GitHub until now is that we could have a useful history of the DB in case something went wrong and we needed to go back to a previous version. It would be cool if we could maintain this somehow in whatever service we start using.
