低延迟不应该是最关切的点，高带宽才是。
V2rayN的延迟和真延迟测试我试用下来还是可以不错的反应最终带宽，当然花点时间直接批量测速最好(测速中可以直接选个速度稍快的节点先用起来，其实并不耗费多少时间)

现在节点资源多了起来，后面考虑加个下载网速过滤或者按照测速排序
