[Bug] Sign-out button doesn't work in new header

What happened?

When the user is signed-in, the new header includes a dropdown menu that allows them to navigate to different pages and perform different actions. One of these actions is signing-out, but it just doesn't work and redirects to a page with an error message.

Expected behavior

Clicking the button should sign you out.

Actual behavior

Clicking the button doesn't sign you out and redirects to an error page.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable use_new_design
• Sign in with your account and go to a redesigned page like the homepage or the help pages.
• Click the "Profile" button and the menu should appear.
• Click the "Sign out" button at the bottom.
• You will be redirected to the page shown below, and remain signed in.
