Expose Spook individual repairs as entities would make it possible to show individual spook repairs as single tile card via Auto-entities

Sorry, I'm ok with letting Spook doing a lot, but that is an bad idea.

It will pollute the state machine with entities that have a non-consistent lifetime.

Like many others, I have several hundred devices with a correspondingly large number of entities, automations, etc. in Home Assistant. I would like to be able to monitor the entire system in one central location. I wonder if there are any efforts in this regard at Nabu Casa or elsewhere.
