Feature request: A Spook sensor that notices big changes.

Hi! for the rare occasion that my HA instance does something unexpected, I'd like A Spook sensor that I can have appear on my dashboard if a certain (amount of) entity/ies changed their state all at once, linking to "what did it" in the log, perhaps?

To fit the theme we could call this the "haunt" feature. Haunting an entity, and also keeping an eye on our sometimes apparently haunted houses :)
