Weak signals

The best help for a weak ensemble is a better antenna or antenna position: outdoors, high up, vertical and pointing to the transmitter.

With a stationary antenna, welle.io can also receive weaker signals: in the settings, switch on Expert mode and set Demodulator to Coherent. It needs up to 2 dB less signal for the station list and the audio. Use Differential (the default) in a car or with a moving antenna: there the coherent demodulator receives worse. Details: Coherent demodulation.
