Hype, Outrage, and Money all go to $NaN

This happened after setting some employees to make a music festival on repeat, so maybe the hype rolling over to NaN caused money to as well. I can no longer buy anything because I have no money.

some other people have reported a similar problem...I still don't have enough information to determine the exact cause, but just in case it is from hype, I added in some guards to prevent it from becoming NaN.

I'll revisit this when I have more info.
