This issue tracks dependency stabilization.

  • vendor library
  • cfg-if
  • bindgen

The API guidelines recommend that a crate should only declare itself stable (>=1.0.0) after all public dependencies are stable (C-STABLE).

This might take a while in the case of bindgen.
