{{.MyXchange}} is empty for contests without serial

In the DARC XMAS sprint the exchange is RST + DOK. When using {{.MyXchange}} in the CW macros, only the RST is send. To actually send the DOK you must use {{.MyExchange2}} which is very unintuitive. If there is no serial number involved, {{.MyXchange}} should include the other exchange fields.

Twist: non-german stations do send a serial number, so the second exchange field could also be a "serial".
