With Windows 10 the driver is not correctly finded and the driver that windows decide to install are the next:
Name: Standard USB HUB
Vendor: SONY Corporation
Hardware ID: USB\VID_054C&PID_0002

I see that you have been already modified the way that finds the controller, so why don't you add that if find the Device name is "Standard USB HUB" and the vendor includes SONY is going to be used?

Seems to be a drivers problem with the lastest's Windows 10 versions.
Wait for somebody found a valid drivers.
