A version problem about networkx happened during running 'python setup.py install'

When I ran 'python setup.py install', I got a problem 👇

error: networkx 2.2 is installed but networkx>=2.8 is required by {'scikit-image'}

But the networkx-2.2 was installed by the programe automatically👇
