Describe the bug
If a simple meta with the data type: number is added to a card, either a video or a complex meta, when the card is edited, the number for that simple meta will automatically become 0 (without any change from the user). This disrupts the editing of cards when there isn't yet a determined number or if one isn't to be added, as this requires extra actions from the user to remove the number.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Edit a previously unedited card, either a video or a complex meta that has a simple meta with number data type.
Save the change
Expected behavior
The expected behavior would be that the field (or simple meta) doesn't change, since that change wasn't performed by the user.
